This Privacy Policy describes how Mind Engine Technologies LTD ("Mind Engine Technologies", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile applications on Google Play, Apple App Store, and other platforms, and when you visit majorhook.com (together, the "Services").

Mind Engine Technologies LTD is the developer listed on our Google Play store listing. Our apps are published under the Major Hook brand. This Privacy Policy applies to every mobile application distributed by Mind Engine Technologies LTD that links to this page, including the app you downloaded from Google Play (the "App").

By using the App or other Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Services.

1. Information we collect

App usage and device data. When you use the App, we may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, IP address, advertising identifier (where applicable), and diagnostic or crash data to operate, secure, and improve the App.

Account and authentication. If the App offers sign-in, we may receive identifiers and profile information from you or your identity provider (for example, email address or display name) as needed to create and secure your account.

Content you provide. If the App lets you submit photos, text, prompts, or other content, we process what you choose to provide in order to deliver App features.

Advertising data. Some Apps may show ads through Google AdMob or similar partners. Those partners may collect or receive device identifiers and usage information to show and measure ads, subject to their own policies and your device settings (including "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

Purchases. In-app purchases may be processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We receive transaction references and purchase status needed to provide purchased features; we do not receive your full payment card number.

Website visitors. When you browse majorhook.com, we may collect basic technical information such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. How we use information

You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing ahoy@majorhook.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons for a limited period. You can also uninstall the App and reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

8. Children

The App and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
